Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please note that Smart Self Tutor packages once subscribed cannot be cancelled. CJL is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods and so we do not issue refunds once the package is subscribed. Therefore, the customer understands that no refund or cancellation is possible once the subscription process is completed at our site.


We take utmost care to deliver a CD which is fully functional. Incase it so happens that you receive a damaged CD, you are requested to contact us at the given mobile number or e-mail ID within 4 days from the date of receipt of the CD. On confirming your request, substitute arrangements shall be made.
